Honorable Mention: Jim MacMillan, Philadelphia Daily News; "Children Cover Their Noses" - Neighborhood children cover their noses as smoke from a rowhome fire clouds the 1600 block of South Taney Street in the Grays Ferry section of Philadelphia. The occupants escaped safely and the fire was brought under control in about 20 minutes.
