ABOARD THE USS ABRAHAM LINCOLN, IN THE PERSIAN GULF: 3/10/03 Members of the crew took a pause near an F-14 Tomcat aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln as the sun set in the Persian Gulf. The men and women would join efforts in the coming days to launch one of the biggest aerial offensives in history, as endless waves of aircraft and bombs were launched into Iraq.
