This was the very last category that we judged this year. It was a long one and a tough one too make a final choice upon. We settled on awarding The “Healing Fields” as the first place winner. Tightly edited along with a gripping story to boot.
“Christ Child Home” was a great investment into a story. It showed in the edit and would have been the winner had our winner not entered this year. “On the Margins in Mauritania” was a tough story to watch. The editing was superior with in this story, one that should be watched by all. “Incinerator Debate” was a good entry beginning to the end. Strong in the edit, it fell too Honorable Mention due to three other stories.
